Name Gifts to Alphabet Toys

Having 3 littles, one school age and two toddlers means this song is in heavy rotation. It’s not like the ABCs of my day yet it still gets the job one with a beat and a dance break.

Letter Keychains like it’s 1999, but let’s make it crochet.

This weekend the girls and I were invited to a birthday party, and I knew the gift giving wasn’t only going to be a gift card only. Asked her mom what was her favorite color and the search begin.  I searched high and low looking at what I could whip up. Eventually I settled on Crochet Letter B Pattern - Hookok which I loved. As inspiration to actually see the blueprint of how to create the shape, I went ahead with created my design.

It came out so cute, with all the right details. I used crab stitch to connect the front and the back by slowly adding poly-fill. The mix of purple and neon-like pink really took this piece to a new level.

We are very inspired by Montessori play so now I’m wondering do I create the entire alphabet for my girls?
