VENDOR RETURN POLICY

Orders are processed Monday-Friday , excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 72 hrs. from the time of order confirmation.

Flat rate Shipping of $6.50

• USPS Priority Mail - $6.50 arrives 2 -3 business days anywhere in the US.

• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.

• Please ensure that you include the complete shipping address in your order, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.

• L’VED 29:11 is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided that results in a lost a package.

• l’ved 29:11 is not not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if a package has been lost or stolen an investigation can be made with the postal service. If insurance was placed on the package via USPS First Class Insured/ USPS Priority Mail - and the post office closed the cased in the clients favor a replacement can be sent. Insurance does not automatically confirm that a replacement will be sent,

• Updates can not be made to an order once a shipping confirmation has been sent.

• Price adjustments can not be made once an order has been confirmed.
