SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday-Friday , excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 3 -5 business days from the time of order confirmation.

Flat rate Shipping of $7

• USPS Priority Mail - $7 arrives 2 -3 business days anywhere in the US.

• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.

• Please ensure that you include the complete shipping address in your order, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.

• L’VED 29:11 is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided that results in a lost a package.

• L’VED 29:11 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if a package has been lost or stolen an investigation can be made with the postal service. All packages have an automatic $100 insurance placed - if/when the post office closed the cased in the clients favor a replacement can be sent. Insurance does not automatically confirm that a replacement will be sent.

• Updates can not be made to an order once a shipping confirmation has been sent.

• Price adjustments can not be made once an order has been confirmed.

• Express Delivery is offered at an additional fee, please contact us for further information.

All international orders are FINAL SALE not valid for an exchange or refund.

At times L’VED 29:11 will host pop-up shops and attend vendor shows; any item(s) purchased at these events are considered FINAL SALE and not valid for a refund.
